You might be able to click it with a Bluetooth mouse to sign in. You need a proper gamepad anyways to play the picked up an Xbox one Bluetooth controller and it's F'ing awesome with gamepass ultimate. The only action that didn't work is exiting a game, and and I fixed that with Buttons Remapper by Irishin in the Play Store.
